[ID: A close-up of a baguette lined with sliced cucumber and topped with cauliflower coated in a deep red sauce, diced tomato, and a white sauce. End ID]
Sandwich with sesame-gochujang cauliflower and garlic-yoghurt sauce
Inspired by Vietnamese bánh mì thịt, this submarine sandwich pairs fresh vegetables with fried cauliflower coated in a spicy, tangy, savory, and sweet sauce. Toasted sesame oil and the fermented notes of gochujang add depth and complexity to the mildly nutty backdrop of the cauliflower, while the raw garlic in the yoghurt sauce brings the taste profile to a sharp head.
Also consider pairing the gochujang cauliflower with vegetables of your choice in a rice bowl or salad.

Ingredients:
Serves 4.
For the dish:
4 bánh mì, or 2 freshly baked baguettes halved and cut open
300g cauliflower florets (1/2 a small head)
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 inches carrot, julienned
1 small roma tomato, diced
Other toppings of choice
Drizzle toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
For the batter:
2 Tbsp (15g) all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp (20g) potato starch
1 Tbsp (10g) egg replacer for baking (optional)
Water
For the gochujang sauce:
2 Tbsp gochujang
1 Tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp Korean soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 green onion, sliced
Pinch salt
Pinch MSG (optional)
Several cracks ground black pepper
Water
For the yoghurt sauce:
1/4 cup non-dairy yoghurt
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp high-fructose corn syrup, or sugar
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
Pinch salt
Instructions:
1. Break cauliflower into smallish florets and wash. Prep vegetables.
2. Mix all gochujang sauce ingredients and use a blender or immersion blender to pulverise the green onion. Add a bit of water as necessary to achieve a slightly runny consistency. Set aside.
3. Mix all yoghurt sauce ingredients and whisk to combine. Set aside.
4. Heat a small pot with several inches of oil to 350 °F (175 °C). Mix all dry batter ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add just enough water to obtain a mixture the consistency of pancake batter. Do not overmix.
5. Coat cauliflower with batter and carefully drop one floret at a time into the oil. You may have to fry them in multiple batches. Fry until lightly golden brown and floating. Set aside onto a paper-towel-lined plate.
6. Increase the heat to bring the oil to 400 °F (200 °C). Fry cauliflower again for 30 seconds until deeply golden brown. Set aside.
If you aren't comfortable deep-frying, you may bake battered cauliflower at 400 °F (200 °C) for 30 minutes, turning over halfway through.
7. Heat a large skillet on medium and cook gochujang sauce, stirring often, until thickened. Add cauliflower and stir to coat. Drizzle in sesame oil and sesame seeds and stir again.
8. Serve immediately with bread, vegetables, and yoghurt sauce.

•°•Hot Girl Tips•°•
Hydrogen peroxide removes period stains
Rubbing alcohol and/or hand sanitizer removes nail polish
The amount of water you need to drink= your weight÷2, then that number÷8 so for example 100÷2=50÷8=6.25 so if you weigh 100 pounds you would need at least six 8oz glasses of water per day
Sugar wax>>> here's a recipe: 1 cup of white sugar, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of lemon juice (lime works too) combine the ingredients in a saucepan and let them boil until golden brown. The easiest way to test the wax is to have a small bowl of ice water and drop a little bit of the wax into it. When the wax is ready, you'll be able to roll it into a soft ball and it will keep its shape. When this consistency is reached, put it in a glass jar (make sure the jar isn't cold otherwise it will crack) and let it cool off for at least an hour. Once cool, apply it in the opposite direction of hair growth and wax awayyyy
Diy cuticle oil: olive oil and vitamin E oil. You could add a drop or two of essential oil if you want. The amount of oil you need depends on your container so for mine it was a tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of vitamin E.
Diy dry shampoo: 3 parts cornstarch and 1 part baking soda.
Healthy drink to ease bloating and get in your vitamins and minerals: 1/2 cucumber, a few sticks of celery, kale or another dark green of your choice, lemon juice, turmeric (a little goes a long way) and ginger. Fresh is best but any ginger you have will work. Fill the blender to the max line with water, and blend until liquid. You can strain it if you want, but you don't have to. It doesn't taste great, but in the long run it is worth ittt
Smelling good is such a wonderful thing for so many reasons. First, pick a scent. Or at the very least a top 3 like I have: vanilla, Dior Blooming Bouquet, and Sol De Janeiro '68. I also use the classic scent from Soap and Glory (rose and bergamot). The first and most important thing is to find a good deodorant. Which one works for you depends on your body chemistry, but dove is always a safe bet :). Next, find a good shower routine. Having all of your shower products smell similar will keep the scent lasting longer. And, of course, shower at least every other day. Washing your hair is different bc your hair washing routine depends on your hair type. And of course you must find a body lotion that matches your other shower products.
Last and final tip for today: keep your nails and hands healthy and pretty by moisturizing your hands with hand cream. I like this one by Burts bees, this one from Eucerin, and this one from Dior (pricey I know but it's w o r t h itt).
That's it! Tysm

getting ready to shower so fuck it: star wars character skincare regimens
obi-wan: consistent three-step routine when he’s home, cleanse-tone-moisturise, all products own-brand from space trader joe’s. when he’s on the front lines he doesn’t do anything to his skin & it makes no difference, he looks the same.
anakin: wipes his face with his sleeve. once a month will scrub viciously at the acne before seeing padme & miraculously it works
ahsoka: one for a homemade DIY face mask, i hc togrutas as getting tight dry skin easily so she’s big on moisture. says to padme “hey these cucumbers on my eyes really worked!” after a homemade spa day together & doesn’t understand why padme laughs
speaking of padme: 20 step routine, ice balls, steaming, space gua sha, she’s importing skincare in from around the galaxy at a pretty penny. anakin tries to eat what’s in the skincare fridge. loves asmr skincare videos. none of it actually does much of anything she looks great either way but DONT tell her that or she says you’re a bad feminist
mace windu: washes his face with just water in the shower and thinks that’s all anyone needs to do. doesn’t understand skin concerns and will let you know that if you have any he thinks they’re your fault. “have you tried washing your face?”
yoda: bog water
feel free to add your own if u like!!
#teddy talks#this brought to u by my skincare routine#which unfortunately i am so rigid and consistent on and then still get acne#anyway you just know that before a gala or something padme is there doing her face and anakin is like:#you don’t need all that babe :)#and padme gives him such a glare he thinks she might have the force and be able to shoot lasers at him with her eyes#so he doesn’t say it again!!!! feminism king

Review of Nature Republic’s Real Nature Mask Sheet in Rose
Nature Republic is a brand known for using natural ingredients in its products. They create many different cosmetics in beautiful packaging. The real nature sheet mask line has many types including this one, rose (moisturizing & revitalizing), green tea (moisturizing; review), tea tree (hydrating & improves complexion; review), tomato (hydrating & improves complexion; review), aloe (soothing & smoothing; review), royal jelly (nourishing & wrinkle care; review), açai berry (moisturizing & improves fine lines; review), bamboo (fresh moisture; review), cucumber (moisturizing & softening; review), olive (nourishing; review), and many others. This mask is designed to moisturize and revitalize skin. Key ingredients include: 23mg of damask rose extract (antimicrobial, skin healing, soothing, hydrating), centella asiatica extract (healing, antioxidant, anti-aging, soothing, strengthens skin), chamomile flower extract (anti-acne, nourishing, moisturizing, removes and soothes blemishes, hydrating), sodium hyaluronate (anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, hydrating, moisturizing, healing), honeysuckle flower extract (antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, soothing) and green tea leaf extract (antioxidant, anti-acne, healing, anti-inflammatory, improves skin elasticity, anti-aging). This product retails for between $2-3 USD, you can get 10 pieces here for $16.58 + free shipping.
Ingredients
Water, Glycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Alcohol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Paeonia Suffruticosa (Moutan Peony) Root Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Trehalose, Rosa Damascena (Damask Rose) Extract (23mg), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Glyceryl Caprylate, Arginine, Carbomer, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Glyceryl Acrylate/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, PVM/MA Copolymer, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Sophora Angustifolia Root Extract, Lonicera Japonica (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Prunus Persica (Peach) Leaf Extract, Paeonia Lactiflora Root Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance, Citronellol
This product contains 23 ml (0.77 oz) and has a basic skincare scent with a very sweet rosy scent.
The mask has a very soft, thin material. I did need to adjust the eye holes but otherwise, it fits great. I didn’t need to adjust anything else about the mask.
Recommended use is after washing the face, apply toner to prepare the skin for the next step of skincare. Open the pouch, pull out the mask, and place it on the face. Remove after 10-20 minutes and gently pat in for better absorption. After using, this mask does have fragrance, I personally love a sweet rosy scent, but it's definitely an irritant for anyone who has issues with fragrance. The mask is very comfortable and really holds onto essence as it's absolutely soaked. So due to that, unfortunately, it did feel like it was going to slip right off of my face. There are a couple of irritants in the ingredient list to keep in mind, it's mainly due to artificial fragrance. This mask does a phenomenal job of making the skin feel more silky and smooth and moisturizing the skin without being too sticky. It helped to tone down redness and really refreshed my skin as well as added some deep hydration. I'd recommend this to anyone with very dry skin, or who want a mask that's really radiant.
What I like: I love how my skin feels after using it and how radiant and moisturized it leaves my skin. It's definitely lovely quality. I also love the scent of sweet Damask rose. I also really love how well this tones redness in the skin and really nourishes the skin. What I don't like: there is some fragrance in this mask which may be a deterrent as well and some irritants on the list.
Pros:
Moisturizing
Nourishing
Adds radiance
Evens skin tone
Lovely scent
Lots of essence
Comfortable
Cons:
Fragrance
Irritants
Would I buy again?
Yes
Rating: 10/10

And if you have the eating disorder AFRID, definitely talk to a doctor/dietician about incorporating more into your diet, you don't have to do this alone.
Also, here's some veggies that I enjoy, and I would highly recommend people try:
Broccoli. You can either have the green giant broccoli and cheese, which comes in a steamer and is super easy to make. Or perhaps you can get some frozen ones and put it in a broccoli and cheese Knorr's sides. It's really good either way and pretty tasty. I also recommend beef and broccoli frozen dinners, they're pretty tasty.
Green beans. I hate green beans on their own, but there's this frozen PF changs tempura green beans and its really delicious made in an air fryer or something. I eat them like french fries.
Cucumbers. If you love crunchy veggies, this is the one for you. I usually like serving them with ranch (or any salad dressing) and crispy onions (salad topping), it's really yummy to eat like that. But you can also have pickles, I prefer pickles in a burger or something, and that's a good way to eat them, but you're allowed to eat them on your own.
Potatoes. Everyone's had potatoes before, but I'll share a recipe that is my favourite. Get a bunch of baby potatoes, cut them up into quarters, wash them, pat them dry with a paper towel. Now put them into a gallon bag or a container, with one or two capfulls of oil and onion soup mix, and close it tightly. start shaking that bag!!! shake it up until its all completely covered. Now place them onto an aluminum lined baking sheet and spread them out with a spatula or something. Put them in the oven or toaster oven for about 20-30 mins for 375 or 400. It will become nice, crispy and tasty. I look forward to it whenever I get the chance to have them. Highly recommend this recipe.
There's also tons of super yummy frozen dinners that is easy to make, I really like simply choice ones as they're delicious and healthy. Food prep is a pain in the ass, so you don't need any for that.
I'm gonna be honest, there's veggies I'll never touch in my life, but I definitely do recommend finding your safe veggie, or your preferred veggie recipe/item. Once you've found your veggie comfort zone, you'll be able to keep trying more, and you may find more you like or more you dislike. It's okay to refuse things, but try veggies with food you do like. You got this. :)
i mean this in the gentlest way possible: you need to eat vegetables. you need to become comfortable with doing so. i do not care if you are a picky eater because of autism (hi, i used to be this person!), you need to find at least some vegetables you can eat. find a different way to prepare them. chances are you would like a vegetable you hate if you prepared it in a stew or roasted it with seasoning or included it as an ingredient in a recipe. just. please start eating better. potatoes and corn are not sufficient vegetables for a healthy diet.

The Vital Role of Diet in Dental Health: Tips for Every Stage of Life
Your smile says a lot about you, and keeping it healthy requires more than just brushing and flossing—it starts with what you eat. A well-balanced diet plays a key role in preventing dental issues, strengthening teeth, and promoting gum health. The good news is, whether you're a child, young adult, woman, adult, or senior, making the right food choices can support oral health at every age. Let’s dive into how diet impacts your dental care and explore practical tips for each stage of life.
Why Diet Plays a Vital Role in Your Dental Health
What you eat has a direct impact on the health of your teeth and gums. Foods high in sugar, acid, and starch can lead to tooth decay, while nutrient-rich foods provide the vitamins and minerals necessary to keep teeth strong and gums healthy. A proper diet is your first line of defense against cavities and gum disease.
For Children: Building Healthy Habits Early
Children's teeth are still developing, so it’s important to encourage healthy eating habits that will set them up for a lifetime of strong, cavity-free teeth.
Calcium for Healthy Teeth: Dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt are packed with calcium, which helps strengthen developing teeth. For non-dairy alternatives, fortified plant-based milk or leafy greens like spinach are great options.
Limit Sugary Snacks: Candies, cookies, and sodas are sugary treats that can contribute to tooth decay. Encourage healthier snacks like fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts instead.
Vitamin D for Strong Teeth: Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, so make sure your child gets enough through sunlight or foods like fatty fish, eggs, and fortified cereals.
Tip: Encourage your child to drink water after meals to help wash away food particles and reduce plaque buildup.
For Young Adults: Keeping Your Smile Bright and Healthy
In your young adult years, maintaining your teeth is important not only for appearance but also for long-term oral health. The right foods can help you prevent future dental problems.
Crunchy Fruits and Veggies for Natural Cleaning: Apples, carrots, and celery naturally scrub your teeth as you chew, and they stimulate saliva production to help protect your teeth from decay.
Limit Coffee and Alcohol: Coffee, tea, and alcohol can stain teeth and dry out your mouth, increasing the risk of cavities. Opt for water or use a straw to reduce the impact on your teeth.
Quit Smoking for Healthier Gums and Teeth: Smoking can lead to gum disease, tooth loss, and bad breath. If you smoke, consider quitting for the sake of your oral health.
Tip: Brush twice a day and floss daily to help remove plaque and food particles from hard-to-reach places between your teeth.
For Women: Nutrition to Support Oral Health During Life's Changes
Hormonal changes during pregnancy, menstruation, and menopause can have a significant impact on your dental health. A nutrient-rich diet can help manage these changes and support healthy teeth and gums.
Vitamin C for Gum Health: Vitamin C is essential for maintaining healthy gums and preventing gum disease. Add citrus fruits, strawberries, and bell peppers to your diet to ensure you get enough.
Hydrate to Combat Dry Mouth During Menopause: Many women experience dry mouth during menopause, which can increase the risk of cavities. Drink plenty of water and eat water-rich foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and oranges to stay hydrated.
Iron-Rich Foods for Healthy Gums: Iron deficiency can affect your gums, so include iron-rich foods like spinach, beans, and lean meats in your meals to keep your gums strong.
Tip: If you're pregnant, regular dental visits are important to monitor gum health and avoid pregnancy-related dental issues.
For Adults: Strengthening Teeth and Preventing Damage
As an adult, it's important to maintain the health and function of your teeth, especially as you age. A nutrient-dense diet helps protect your teeth from wear and tear while reducing the risk of gum disease and cavities.
Green Tea for Gum Protection: Green tea is packed with antioxidants that help reduce inflammation in the gums and protect against harmful bacteria in the mouth.
Fiber-Rich Foods for Clean Teeth: Whole grains, fruits, and vegetables are great sources of fiber, which naturally scrubs your teeth as you chew and stimulates saliva production to protect your teeth.
Avoid Hard or Sticky Foods: Hard candies and sticky snacks can damage or crack your teeth. Opt for softer, healthier alternatives like nuts, cheese, and yogurt.
Tip: Schedule regular dental checkups to catch any potential problems early and prevent major dental issues down the road.
For Seniors: Protecting Your Teeth in Your Golden Years
As we age, maintaining our oral health becomes even more crucial. Seniors are more prone to dry mouth, gum disease, and tooth loss, but a balanced diet can reduce these risks and protect your smile.
Hydrate to Prevent Dry Mouth: Dry mouth is common in seniors and can lead to tooth decay. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help keep your mouth moist and wash away food particles.
Calcium and Vitamin D for Strong Bones: These nutrients help maintain healthy bones, including your jawbone. Include dairy products, leafy greens, and fortified foods like cereals and juices to ensure strong teeth and gums.
Limit Sugary Snacks and Drinks: As we age, it becomes more challenging to clean teeth thoroughly, so limiting sugary foods is important to prevent cavities. Choose healthier options like nuts, cheese, and yogurt instead.
Tip: If you wear dentures, make sure they are properly fitted and cleaned regularly to avoid irritation or discomfort.
Universal Tips for Everyone
No matter what stage of life you're in, there are some key habits everyone should follow to maintain good dental health:
Brush Twice a Day: Use fluoride toothpaste to remove plaque and prevent cavities.
Floss Daily: Flossing removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth and along your gumline, areas your toothbrush can’t reach.
Visit Your Dentist Regularly: Regular checkups and professional cleanings are essential to maintaining good oral health and catching any issues before they become major problems.
Conclusion: Make Smart Food Choices for a Healthier Smile
The foods you eat directly impact your dental health. From childhood to senior years, making smart food choices can help protect your teeth and gums, prevent cavities, and keep your smile looking bright and healthy. By following these dietary tips, you'll ensure that your teeth stay strong and your smile stays beautiful, no matter your age. Start making healthier food choices today, and your teeth will thank you tomorrow!

Beekman 1802 Milk Wash Exfoliating Jelly Cleanser
Brand: Beekman 1802
Product Type: Cleanser
Price: $38 USD
Size: 5.0 fl oz
✔️Clean Ingredients ✔️Cruelty Free ✔️Sustainable Packaging
Star Ingredients:
Lactic, Glycolic, and Salicylic Acids: AHAs & BHAs to exfoliate and resurface skin, improving texture and tone
Goat Milk & Probiotics: Nourish and balance sensitive skin
Comfrey, Blue Thistle, Chamomile, Cucumber, & Aloe: Powerful antioxidants supporting skin barrier
Texture: Gel
Feel: Clean, a little tight
Scent: 🌸
Results: As always, first things first, AHAs will make your skin photosensitive. I was more prone to burning and redness after using this product, though it usually went away by morning.
I received a deluxe sample of this, which I used after swimming at the gym to gently wash off any remaining dirt, oil, makeup, or chemicals. You apply it to dry skin first to tackle makeup removal, then add a little water to your face to create a silky emulsion that you then wash off.
It's a nice product, though not for everyone. The acids are a lot more gentle than some products I've tried. I didn't realize what was making my skin so red at first though, because it doesn't say on the mini packaging that it contains AHAs. That's something I had to look up.
That being said, I thought it was effective at removing makeup, dirt, and chlorine without stripping my skin. I even kind of thought it was replenishing after the harshness of the chlorine. A good 3-in-1 product.
Comps: Exfoliating cleansers are not a new thing, but for many years that meant physical exfoliation. Any cleanser you've ever used with 'microscrubbers,' little beads, or flecks in it was an exfoliating cleanser. There's plenty out there. This product, however, is a chemical exfoliant, meaning that it relies on acids to do its exfoliation, so my comps are going to focus on that aspect.
Ultra-premium brands include Youth to the People Superfruit Cleanser with Papaya, Vitamin C, Ginger Root, and Lactic Acid ($39/5.0 fl oz), Dermalogica Daily Glycolic Cleanser ($38/5.1 fl oz), DIME Creamy Foam Cleanser Glycolic + Salicylic Acid ($32/4.0 fl oz), and Josie Maran Pineapple Enzyme Foaming Gel Cleanser ($31/5.0 fl oz).
My midrange options include OLEHENRIKSEN Find Your Balance Oil Control Cleanser ($27/5.0 fl oz), Jack Black Deep Dive Glycolic Facial Cleanser ($25/5.0 fl oz), and Hanskin Pore Cleansing Balm - AHA ($22/2.82 fl oz) and Pore Cleansing Oil - AHA ($27/10.14 fl oz). Hanskin also has a line of PHA cleansers, which is supposed to be better for sensitive skin.
More reasonably priced options are Earth Harbor Ahoy Love Nourishing Milky Cleanser ($19/2.0 fl oz), Cocokind AHA Jelly Cleanser ($18/2.9 fl oz), Derma-E Anti-Wrinkle Cleanser with Vitamin A and Glycolic Acid ($16.50/6.0 fl oz), The Klog Double Action Exfoliating Cleanser ($15/4.73 fl oz), Sephora AHA + BHA Smoothing Cleanser ($14/4.22 fl oz), Neutrogena Hydro Boost with Hyaluronic Acid Exfoliating Cleanser ($13.99/5.0 fl oz), and Pacifica Glow Baby Brightening Face Wash ($12/5.0 fl oz).

Terrific Beauty Advice To Use Starting Now
When people think of someone that is beautiful, many times it is based on inner beauty as well as outer beauty. Both of these things are in your control to change. You really need to have both to look your best. Here are some tips to get you started on your own personal beauty adventure.
A great tip when it comes to beauty is to not overdue the makeup. Often times novices have a tendency to put on too much make up and as such make themselves look worse. Use makeup sparingly, and you'll find you will be turning guys heads everywhere you go.
Use a quality moisturizing lotion on your face. Having greasy or oily skin doesn't necessarily mean your skin is well moisturized, so make sure you still use a daily lotion. Make sure that your moisturizer has an SPF of at least 15.
Wash your face before going to sleep. This will remove all the impurities and dirt from the day. Use best acne treatment , to remove your makeup, then use a face wash. If you don't cleanse your face before bed, your pores can get clogged and cause pimples or spots.
If you don't like the look of your hair curled with a curling iron, try curling it with a straightener. Simply wrap your hair around the straightener and pull it through to the ends. This produces a much more natural looking curl, although it can take a little longer to do.
Let your hair cool off after blow drying it. Letting your hair cool will help set your hair style. If your hair has a hard time holding any style try using hairspray while blow drying it, using curling irons or hot rollers. This will ensure your hairstyle stays put.
Keep your eyeliners and lip liners sharpened. This will also help you keep them clean. If you freeze them before sharpening, you will have an easier time.
Remember that drinking plenty of pure water is one of the best ways to stay beautiful. It cleanses your system and helps keep your skin moisturized, your eyes bright, and your joints well padded and flexible. Pure water can be considered a "fountain of youth". Enjoying plenty of it will keep you beautiful throughout your life.
Give your face a monthly beauty treatment. You do not need to go to a spa to get your skin in its best shape. You can, instead, give yourself a complete facial at home. Start with a product to exfoliate, follow with a mudpack, next apply an astringent, and finish with a deep moisturizer.
When applying winged eyeliner, extend the line at the outer edge of your eye so that it follows the natural curve of your lower lash line. This helps it blend with the shape of your eye so that it looks more natural. The eyeliner should be thickest at the outer corner of your eye and then taper to a point at the tip of the wing.
If you are really concerned about your beauty care, avoid caffeine at all costs. Caffeine can age you, make you look tired, and make you feel jittery. If you insist on drinking tea or coffee, try to limit it to one cup a day. Rather than drinking caffeinated tea or coffee, drink a good quality green tea and decaf coffee.
To get eyelashes that really pop, eyelash extensions are the perfect solution. It is not best to wear these every single day, but they are wonderful for a party or a wedding. They can look very natural as long as you don't go overboard, and will bring out the color of your eyes.
Put your vegetables on your skin. Vegetables have many health benefits when you eat them, and several more when used as a beauty treatment. Try cool cucumbers or sliced potato on your eyes to relieve puffiness and redness. Use water left from boiling cabbage, broccoli, or kale for a healthy skin toner.
You learned from the beginning of this article that is important to have both inner beauty and outer beauty to be considered truly beautiful. You may appear pretty at first, though if you have a bad personality, your beauty will wear off very quickly. Take the advice this article has given you to take your beauty to the next level.

April
The first week (April 1st -7th)
Food/Calories
Eat no more than 1000 calories.
If you exceed the limit you have to burn it off fatty!
Breakfast: Always start your day with green tea! After you finish it then you can have your breakfast!
Aim for eggs with whole wheat bread and avocado + cucumber. Or greek yogurt with fruit and chia seeds. Or a smoothie with fruits, spinach and plant based milk. You can also have coffee if you want.
Lunch: Aim for salads with some kind of protein, or anything healthy with veggies and fish or meat!
Snack: Tea! Tea! Tea! Green tea boosts your metabolism. Drink lots of water and teas throughout the day!
If you want some kind of a snack. No you don’t. Drink green or herbal tea, as the warm liquid fills you up. And save the calories for dinner!
Dinner: Aim for a dinner that fills you up, so you don’t even think about eating later. Have carbs, veggies and protein.
Brown rice, with chicken and a bunch of veggies. You can buy frozen veggie mix. It’s so handy. You just open the bag and cook or steam them.
Have soup or fish and veggies with rice. Have anything healthy but it has to contain those three macronutrients.
You can always look up healthy recipes for your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Workouts
Workout 4 times a week, 3 days are for rest. But you have to stretch every day! No exceptions! It’s only for 10 minutes you fat cow!
And you have to have a daily walk, everyday! Even if its for a little bit. Exception is if it’s raining.
Workout for at least 20 minutes, by lifting weights or doing circuit exercises for your butt, abs, arms and thighs. Do a plank at the end!
Stretch for 10 minutes every morning and before bedtime! That will improve you body line and flexibility!
Walk at least 5000 steps per day!
Try to be active as much as possible. If you can walk somewhere, just walk! Cook your own food, that burns calories! Do chores and clean your room or do laundry or any other thing. Everything burns calories!
Beauty
You have to also take care of yourself. You have to be perfect.
Always do your skin care morning and night.
Wear an spf cream!
Do a face mask once a week. (Natural masks are way better. You can do an avocado mask or a flax seed mask for your face, even a rice mask. Koreans have the best skin because of these natural face masks!)
Do a hair mask once a week. (Also try to do natural ones.) Blend aloe vera and leave it in your hair for an hour or more. You can do egg, honey and olive oil or coconut oil mask.
You can always do research on the internet about Korean beauty hacks. Or the natural masks for your hair and face!
Never pick on pimples or any imperfections. It will cause scarring and make them reappear in the same place. Just use pimple patches.
Keep your hands away from your face! Try not to touch it at all. Cause your hands get dirty constantly. Even when you touch your phone. Wash them regularly with soap!
Keep your sheets clean and wash them regularly. Silk pillowcases are even better for you!
Do gua sha and massage your face for it to be slimmer! And help with water retention.
Ice your face every morning! It helps with puffiness.
Dry brush your body! (Reduces cellulite and circulates your blood, lymphatic system.)
Scrub your face and body once a week, to remove dead skin! If you don’t have a scrub you can make one your own. Just add some coffee grounds and sugar. Mix it and add a little bit of water. It should make this paste once mixed.
Always smell good!
Moisturise your body with lotions and oils after every shower!
Have your nails always painted and done (both feet and hands)
If you have any other beauty tricks incorporate them in your routine.
Rules
Try to eat only healthy foods as that will decrease your body fat percentage, with you working out, so you will lose weight faster, rather than eating junk food and not moving your body. (Unacceptable)
Eat slowly! Chew your food really good and cut it up into small pieces. Remember it takes 20 minutes for your brain to get the signal that you’re full.
Never eat while you’re distracted. Watching tv or your phone. Enjoy your food.
Drink at least 2 litres of water per day! That can include the teas. Also add lemon juice to your water! That will make your skin glow!
Have celery juice (you can use it in your smoothie, instead of milk to make it less disgusting) a few times a week, on an empty stomach!
Replace your regular milk with plant based milk! It has so much less calories. Soy milk is really good for coffee as it’s creamier and coconut or almond milk is good for smoothies!
You can have a metabolism day only three times a month! The first week you restrict. The second, third and fourth week you can eat more on Sundays. (No more than (1500-1600 calories)
If you’re on your period, you still have to restrict and workout. Unless it’s the first day of your period and you have really bad cramps, then you can skip the workout and only stretch and take a light walk. Light exercise helps with cramps! The other days no excuses!
You have to intermittent fast every single day! It depends on your daily routine, when you start and finish fasting. But always fast for 16hours. If you do more that’s great.
Have a full day of fasting or only drinking liquids once a week!
Always end your fast with something healthy. Like greek yogurt with half banana + cinnamon and chia seeds. (It has lots of protein.)
If you’re doing omad. Try to have a meal that contains all the macronutrients and is satisfying and healthy for you!
Never binge.
Look at thinspo every day! When you wake up and before you go to sleep! It has to live in your head rent free!
If you notice that having omad or not eating breakfast or fasting an extra hour ect. leads to binging thoughts, stop doing that immediately.
Always volume eat! More food for less calories? Hell yeah!
If you’re not hungry for an apple. You’re not that hungry.
Never take bites while cooking your food! The calories add up super quickly.
Never go for seconds.
Never say that you’re hungry to someone.
Add spices to your food as it fastens the metabolism. Especially turmeric makes you lose weight!
Always weight your food on the scale. Count every single gram!
Chew sugar free gum. It will make your jaw look better and more sharp.
If you’re hungry and it’s not your eating window, brush your teeth, have tea or water.
It’s better to chew and spit rather than binge. I repeat. Never binge.
Never binge.
Always weight yourself every Saturday!
Track your progress by taking body pictures every Saturday. You might not notice your weight loss, but those pictures do not lie!
You can never tell anyone that you’re restricting. Keep this a secret.
Ana is your lifestyle now!
Binging
I get it binges happen. Actually… no I don’t get it, you fat pig. Binges are disgusting and unacceptable!! 🤮
Always text your ana friend and talk about it, that you feel like you’re gonna binge.(Ew)
Send each other thinspo. Or watch ana movies or other videos about skinny celebrities. Watch VS fashion shows or swim week special episodes. Go on a walk, get out of the house, have some tea, do anything to prevent a binge. You will never regret not eating! Like ever.
When you wake up with a flat stomach and another pound lost and not with the feeling of bloat and guilt and that you binged yesterday. You will thank yourself!
In the moment when you tell yourself that it’s okay, as you’re making yourself a sandwich full of mayonnaise and calories, oh this one meal won’t make me gain. Yes it will!!
You will have your metabolism day soon and you will be able to eat more. So for now just stick to your calorie limit. Jeezus.
Binging will make you feel disgusting and sooo bloated and full 🤮. Don’t let yourself get that low.
Only fat sweaty disgusting girls with no self control stuff their face and gain weight.
Pretty, dainty and tiny girls don’t do that! They have will power! Do you wanna be super tiny and skinny before summer starts? Yeah? So act like it you pig!!
If you feel like binging just read the rules again. You will make yourself some tea instead.
Two months girl. Only 👏 two 👏fucking 👏 months!! That’s not a lot of time until summer starts is it?
Do you think letting yourself eat greasy and fattening foods will make you lose weight in those two months?
Absolutely not. Look it’s just two months of sticking to your diet. You can do that right? The time will fly by so fast I promise you.
And by the time you will lose that weight, you will get addicted to not eating. Forming a habit takes 21 days, so start now! I promise you, you will even start liking eating healthy and working out.
Even your metabolism days will become less and less calories because your stomach will shrink and you won’t be that hungry.
You will look amazing 😍 those skinny arms and flat flat stomach. No fat rolls while sitting down. And your legs! Oh my god your legs will be so slim and toned from all those workouts.
Just Imagine that. You will have a thigh gap! They won’t jiggle and look like the size of Texas when you sit down. 🤢
And your collarbones 😍 Everything will look so much better when you’re gonna be skinny.
Imagine the stares and your friends saying you look so thin! Have you lost weight? Just 👏 imagine 👏 that.
Imagine people saying you’re so small and tiny they could lift you with one arm. Imagine them being able to carry you with no struggle!
It’s so much more rewarding than a disgusting cookie, that will only make you fat.
Look, the food won’t go anywhere. It will literally always be at the stores available for you.
But you know what will go? Your progress. So suck it up and just do it.
I don’t care you can scream, cry, throw your fists at your pillow, because you want that piece of cake.
But you👏 will 👏 not 👏 have 👏 it! Understood? I don’t care I literally do not care how much you want it.
You will make tea, go to your room, watch thinspo and stay out of the kitchen, because if you don’t YOU WILL BE FAT FOREVER!!
The craving will pass. It happened to me a million times when I wanted something, but didn’t let myself have it. Instead I made some tea. The craving goes away and I go to sleep.
When i wake up, I wake up with a smile on my face, I’m always so happy that I didn’t binge.
Believe me. I have never ever ever regretted not eating!
You won’t too. But if you wanna be fat… go ahead. (Ew)
If you don’t want that. Just suck it up and again remember… Only two months left! ONLY TWO MONTHS! 👏
We are gonna do this and make everyone jealous. When they will say I’m so worried about you, you look so thin. They will actually mean I’m so jealous of your body, wish I sticked to my diet and lost that weight before summer started.
WE ARE GONNA DO IT!! AND BE SKINNY! NOBODY WILL STOP US! REMEMBER THAT!
You’re better than binging. You are such a small girl that never says yes to food if someone offers you to take a bite. You drink your water or diet soda and just show them how it’s done. While they stuff their face with that disgusting food.
You will reach your ultime goal weight! And you will be skinny. I believe in you. Now put down that piece of candy and go take a walk! <3
- Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels! ✨💕

Summer Bliss: Natural Face Masks for a Fresh Glow
Summer is the season of sunshine, beach days, and outdoor fun. It's also the time when your skin needs extra care and attention. The combination of heat, humidity, and sun exposure can take a toll on your skin, leaving it looking dull, tired, and prone to damage. That's why it's essential to include the right skincare products in your summer routine to keep your skin healthy, hydrated, and glowing all season long.
Face Mask for Women
Face masks are a great way to give your skin a boost of hydration and nourishment, especially during the summer months. Look for natural face masks that are gentle on the skin and packed with ingredients like aloe vera, cucumber, and hyaluronic acid to help soothe and hydrate your skin.
Anti-Aging Face Wash
As you age, your skin's needs change, and it becomes more important to use products that target signs of aging. An anti-aging face wash can help cleanse your skin while also reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Look for a gentle formula that won't strip your skin of its natural oils.
Hyaluronic Acid Serum
Hyaluronic acid is a powerhouse ingredient that can hold up to 1000 times its weight in water, making it an excellent choice for hydrating your skin. Using a hyaluronic acid serum can help plump up your skin, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and give your skin a healthy, dewy glow.
Best Face Serum for Dry Skin
If you have dry skin, finding the right face serum is crucial to keeping your skin hydrated and nourished. Look for a face serum that contains ingredients like glycerin, hyaluronic acid, and ceramides to help lock in moisture and restore your skin's natural barrier.
Sunscreen Cream for Face
Sunscreen is a must-have product for the summer season. Look for a sunscreen cream that offers broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays with an SPF of at least 30. Remember to reapply every two hours, especially if you're spending time outdoors.
In conclusion, taking care of your skin during the summer doesn't have to be complicated. By incorporating these natural skincare products into your routine, you can keep your skin looking healthy, hydrated, and glowing all summer long. So, go ahead, indulge in some summer bliss, and give your skin the love and care it deserves.
